It was an amazing turnout at the Santa Rosa courthouse square. This is what democracy looks like!

Any speakers?

We did have speakers. Likely too many, because so many wanted to speak. Both of our US Representatives, Huffman and Thompson, our State Senator Mike McGuire, one of our county supervisors, Lynda Hopkins, one of our city council members (Rohnert Park) Jackie Edward, union representatives, ACLU representatives, young politically active people, and a group of veterans.

We just need a better amplifier.

Yes! We have 5 going in Santa Rosa going on the SMART train. Have 2 others going that live in SR. We must show opposition to DOGE and tariffs! We did not vote for him!!

I thought the protest was in courthouse Sq.? now I read that it is on 3rd st. sidewalk, because of 80 booths in the sq. how are we all going to fit on the sidewalks, 2 things going on @ the same time, doesn't sound like that will work well at all.

Sometimes you have to make lemonade.

Most protests stack up along 3rd. Big ones spill over down the block and across the street.

We are planning for that.

The market just adds a complication, but we would be on the sidewalk anyway.

Bring a chair if you think you will need a break. Wear walking shoes if you plan to walk with us.

Thank you, we were there & it was amazing, so very proud of Santa Rosa, & the sighs were fantastic, especially proud of all the 80 & 90 year olds that came out & stood up. god bless those gals.
